What is the Great Wall Plan?

Mobile Internet Great Wall Club (GWC) is a CEO member-based industry trade organization. The Great Wall Plan aims at providing a platform for talents which is the principle element that affects the development of the company. GWC has now its branch offices or bureaus in China, Japan, United States, Singapore, Finland and Norway.

How to carry out the plan

Phase Ⅰ: selecting and restoring volunteers & part-time workers on a worldwide scale. They will be mainly serving for:

1. Once-a-year global mobile internet conferences.

2. Summits for different professions. For example: Sino-America mobile internet forum, Sino-Europe mobile internet forum and etc.

3. Activities and salons organized monthly. For example: the Great Wall Club Salon, Mobile Monday and etc.

4. Publications and professional reports published by GWC.

5. Business forums organized by GWC in different countries.

6. GWC dinner party on Mondays

Skills required

1. Languages. English, Japanese, French, Korean, Spanish, and Arabian speakers are welcomed.

2. Activity organization. People with ability of group activity organization are welcomed.

3. Business talents. Public relation and marketing talents are needed.

4. People with experience in the field of hospitality and tourism are welcomed.

5. Financial skills and talents are needed.

Resources of talents

1. Undergraduate, graduate and PHD students in Chinese universities.

2. International students in China.

3. Chinese oversea students.

4. Chinese oversea employees.

5. Those who work in China and wish to travel between China and their motherlands

Phase Ⅱ: selecting and recommending talents to GWC teams or companies.

The volunteers and part-time workers with 1-2 yeas’ working experience in GWC will be selected and sent to GWC companies and bureaus or the companies of GWC members.

Phase Ⅲ :becoming co-partner of GWC or launching new companies.

Those who have been working successfully for more than five years for GWC and agree to the same values as GWC does will be invited to become co-partner which is considered the greatest honor! In addition, GWC will financially support those who want to launch their own business in the field of global mobile internet by giving them no less than 100,000 dollars.
